Crystal Easterling has been helping clients reconnect with their bodies and find relief since 2019. Crystal provides massage therapy services at Power of Life Chiropractic in Concord, NC and Wellbeing Acupuncture in Davidson, NC, offering clients a holistic and personalized experience that fosters connection and awareness.

Crystal combines intentional touch with mindfulness, often encouraging clients to take deep, grounding breaths and having clients focus on body sensations when pressure is applied to trigger points to enhance body awareness and mindful presence. With a focus on precision, her techniques gently yet effectively target tight muscles.

She specializes in techniques such as trigger point therapy, & elements of bamboo, cupping, Thai, hot stone massage, while incorporating gua sha stone for adhesions. She believes in creating a healing environment where clients can experience relief from pain & tension while helping discover balance.

Outside of her practice, Crystal enjoys meditation, hiking, and capturing the beauty of nature through photography. These passions inspire her work, bringing a sense of mindfulness and connection to every session.
