I work with people moving through uncertainty, transition, or disconnection from themselves.
When something feels off, we have to see something new in order to create change. You see what you weren't aware of before. When you name your experience, you see the way it shapes how you feel, believe, and how you show up in your life. You begin to see your objective experience versus your internal narrative.
Our bodies hold what they know. When you speak your experience and feel it in your body, movement becomes possible. Feelings from the past get felt. New choices emerge.
The work creates clarity—about what you're feeling, what you need, and what direction is actually yours. Insight becomes lived experience.
Sessions are conversational. I listen, ask questions, reflect what I'm noticing. Sometimes we work with breath, stillness, or energy-based work. Sometimes I bring in Human Design if it's useful. I help you find your own answers. This cultivates the skills to integrate this knowledge into yourself and your external circumstances. You lead. I hold the space and help you hear what's true.
This work supports you through:
- Life transitions (career changes, relationship shifts, identity evolution, grief, etc.)
- Finding your purpose or a direction to move toward in life
- Uncertainty about what's next or what you actually want
- Disconnection from yourself or feeling lost
- Finding your truth and who you actually are

You'll gain new perspectives, skills for navigating what's present, and clarity on how to move forward. This helps you meet your reality with your desires.
What's included:
Sessions may include Reiki, an energy-based practice that works with your body's biofield—the energetic field surrounding and interpenetrating your physical body. When we create space to notice and regulate this field through hands-on or hands-off techniques, your nervous system can recalibrate and release what it's holding. This supports your body's natural ability to restore balance. Reiki is useful for stress, fatigue, when something feels off energetically in your body, or when you need support with emotions, physical sensations, or spirit. It can help you be with whatever you're experiencing in life.
Breathwork helps regulate the energy of your body and nervous system. This can be included with Reiki or used separately to help you recalibrate and release what you're holding. It helps you feel more in touch with the physical world and is a valuable skill for emotional regulation.
Human Design is a framework based on your birth data that reveals how you're uniquely wired—your energy type, how you're designed to make decisions, your strengths, potential challenges, and where you might be living out of alignment with your natural design. I use it selectively, not as a full chart reading, but to give you insight into specific patterns or areas of your life that feel stuck or unclear.
